Look forward to hearing what you think about it.

I'm giving it a pass for now; too much stuff, too little time :)

I have a version of this that was Greg Cesar interviewed by Anik Singal. His way of looking at keywords is something I had not heard before. Very good content as far as I was concerned.

Thanks for sharing Bou, good points. I wasn't so much recommending this as pointing out that it existed, as I'd never heard of it until today. I guess I'll find out if it's of value or not... I was a little puzzled by the handling charge myself, but that seems pretty typical of those who ship a physical product. And knowing what CDs cost to replicate, that $3 probably covers the entire cost of production and the rest is profit.

Isn't that what we're supposed to do with physical product delivery anyway?

Ah well, I'll probably have the CD by Monday and will give it a listen straight away. I've bought stuff like this before where there was one little suggestion or idea that saved me a few hours of time or helped in some other way, so I felt I got my money's worth. Will know soon enough if this fits the bill, or not.

I will tell you why I won't buy this CD.

1. If you look at the sales letter (if that's what you can call it) there isn't even a name, a signature! Who is selling this? Why should I send $32.50 to someone who will not put his/her name to a letter? I don't care what the (secret?) reasons are. Too many Mr Xs, too many 'secrets' -- in fact so much hype and so little substance in IM!

2. The cost is $25 plus $4.50 for delivery to UK plus $3.00 for handling. Why a handling charge in addition to delivery? Another way of getting more money out of me?

3. Jonathan, you should only recommend what you have tried and found valuable, not something YOU haven't tried. As to your source, I am not clear whether it was the author or someone else (last sentence, 3rd paragraph.)

Does not seem to be getting accepted to widely as of yet.
Going to wait on spending my pennies on this one.
Be back to see what you have to say, after you try it.

Thanks,

Thanks for the comments Pete & Rick. So far looks like one thumb up & one down. Interesting.

I will definitely share my opinion when I get my copy!

Sounds interesting, might grab it but I'd have to check my pennies after I grab the LPGen next week. Or maybe I'll wait for a review from you when you check it out.

Regards!

Ahhh really? Shoot. Just a pitch then? No substance to go with it at all? Wow that's a bummer... guess I'll just have to wait & hear it with my own ears.

Thanks for the feedback! Anyone else heard this interview?

If this is part of the Keith Baxter "Nothing Held Back" series I recommend it.

Once a month so far Keith interviews one of the many many very interesting marketing experts and innovators he has come to know across the world and thru the years.

The telephone interview recordings are usually one hour long and so far, they have been crammed with dozens of marketing tidbits and techniques that more than exceed the purchase price.

I get the feeling that Keith, (No Marketing Slouch himself) is acutely aware of the need to deliver real value to his customers so he really strives to stay on topic and to pump the maximum new and innovative information out of his guests [victims]

The series is fairly priced and you can opt out any time by sending Keith an email.
